As I make your nappy for you when you order it there is a delay of around 1-2 weeks before you receive them. I normally have them made within a week and then post it to your nominated address. I take no responsibility for lost mail, if you are concerned please contact me. AusPost are very good though :)

Warranty
All nappies come with a 6 month warranty so if your nappy is faulty I will fix it or make you a new one.
Payment only via PayPal FUNDED or Direct Deposit. Bank details will be supplied with your invoice once you make a purchase.
We prefer to post in pre-paid satchels. If you require registered post for an additional $2.80 please advise us and we will add it to your invoice. We regret that we can not be held responsible for items going missing in the post so highly recommend insuring your parcel for peace of mind. Of course we are more than happy to combine postage for multiple purchases providing they will fit in the once satchel.

All items are sent via Australia Post. We recommend that you select the "insurance" option during the check out process to ensure that your order is sent via registered mail. By not choosing to insure your order, it will be sent via regular mail and we can only guarantee that your order was posted.
POSTAGE
Postage is currently set at a flat rate of $5. To Australian addresses only.
I post Monday through Friday at 5pm. This misses the parcel pick up on that day so Monday's parcels will actually be sent by the post office on Tuesday etc.

Shipping: All items are sent via Australia Post. Please select the "insurance" option during the checkout if you would like your item sent via registered post (cost $2.80) to enable your order to be tracked and covered by insurance. If you are purchasing multiple items where postage is additional please request totals so I can work out postage as it may be less than the shopping cart calculates.
Delivery:
In stock items will be shipped within 24-48hrs of payment being recieved.
Custom Orders:
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of custom products as they are handmade especially for you (and lacquer takes time to dry).
