		PAYMENT OZ Handmade accepts both Paypal and Bank Deposit. Your items will be posted within 1-3 days of payment being cleared. POSTAGE & HANDLING I urge you to select to have your products posted via Registered Post. As I cannot guarantee delivery. We need to have proof of postage if your products go missing in transit for Australia Post to cover the cost of the lost items. Please make sure your address is entered correctly before submitting your order. Free Shipping is added to some items on OZ Handmade, while others do incur a postage charge. Please note free shipping and the postage charges on OZ Handmade are for Australian Customers only. If you are an international customer there will be extra shipping costs that I will notify you of and payment must be cleared before your item will be posted. EXCHANGES & REFUNDS Please note refunds are not given if you have changed your mind. If the product ordered is faulty please notify me within 7 days. You can return the product to me at your expense and a store credit will be issued. Refunds (less postage costs) are only granted on faulty products, everything else you will be issued with OZ Handmade store credit.

Delivery will be dispatched after payment is cleared and should be expected within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. Special Orders (Custom) please allow 10 working days for delivery. 		SHIPPING Items will be sent within 3 business days of cleared payment been received. Items are sent via Australia Post. It is strongly recommended that you register your post by adding the registered post item available in the shop to your cart. Puppy Dogs Tails take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
